A local crew
that takes pride
in the details.
MC Innovation LLC remodels kitchens, bathrooms and whole homes for homeowners, landlords and sellers getting a house ready for market.
Who we are
The person who quotes your job is the person who shows up.
Michael Portillo, Mike to most of our customers, leads every project, with Roman and the rest of the crew alongside him. You get one point of contact from the first walkthrough to the final touch-up, and a team that would rather do it right than do it twice.
He believes in fair, written prices, honest advice and doing the work right the first time. Off the job, you'll find him with his daughters, out fishing or on the boat.
Training
Mike has completed Schluter-Systems’ two-day Innovation Workshop in Baltimore (February 2025, and the Spanish-language Taller de innovación in October 2025): waterproofing tiled showers, the Schluter®-Shower System, uncoupling membranes for crack-free tile floors, and tile edge profiles.
What customers keep saying. The quote was fair, with no surprises. Mike had great suggestions but never upsold us. The team finished before the estimated date of completion. You can't even tell there were holes in the ceiling.
